Job Offers from Inditex

I would like to work in another country for a while. How can I send my CV?

If you register at InditexJobs and select the country where you would like to work, you will receive the new offers published for this country in your inbox. Our heads of human resources in all of the countries use InditexJobs to look for candidates.

Please remember that one of the requirements we will ask you for is a good level of the language of the country where you would like to work. Customer attention is a priority in the daily workplace for everyone who works in our organisation.

I'd like to know if there is a team of designers in each of the countries where there are Inditex stores.

The head offices of all of our brands are in Spain. This means that all of the professionals working in the areas of design, buying or sales work from Spain for the rest of the world. The designers work in a team with sales and buyers and in contact with all of the other areas of our organisation.

I'd like to work in a country where Inditex has a franchise. What does that mean?

In some countries our brands are present via franchises. In this case the franchise holder manages the stores and recruits staff. The easiest way of working in one of these countries where we have franchises is to send them your CV directly by e-mail to the address included in the list of countries.

I would like to find a job working in the afternoons, while I continue studying. Does Inditex have an offer for me?

Yes. If you just want to work a few hours a day or a few days a week, we have various proposals for you in our stores and logistics centres. Consult offers at InditexJobs via the offers finder, indicating part time.

I have discovered that a store is opening shortly in my city, and there are no job offers on InditexJobs. What should I do?

Don't worry, register at InditexJobs anyway if you haven't done so already. In all recruitment processes we consult the database of candidates registered and who have the required profile. If there are already enough candidates to start a recruitment process it is likely that a new offer will not be published.

How can I apply for a specific offer?

- If you are already a user and registered as such you will receive a message in your e-mail. This message will include a link that gives you the option to apply directly there and then. You may also identify yourself and use the offer finder.

There's no need. If your CV is already included at InditexJobs it is available for this process. All of our heads of human resources use InditexJobs to find candidates as the first stage of the process. These positions may have been published in other areas (in the press, internet etc.), but your application will definitely be taken into account if you fit the profile.

I have applied for several positions. Can I find out information about the progress of my application on the website?

This service is currently unavailable.

I have applied for a job offer. How long should I wait to find out if Inditex is really interested in my application?

Inditex may contact you at any time as long as the offer is active at our Employment Centre. When the process is closed because all necessary candidates have been found, the offer will be deactivated and will not be visible at InditexJobs.

I'm an independent professional. Can I offer my services as a freelance?

If you wish to offer your professional services, send your proposal to the Human Resources departmentby e-mail. We will include this information in our library of suppliers which will be consulted and taken into account when requiring services of this nature.

I'm a model and would like to work for Zara. What should I do?

Both Zara and our other brands work with various international model agencies. We only use this system to select models.

I am a student of international commerce and would like to work as an intern in a department of Inditex.

At present Inditex does not offer internships associated with schools or universities. Every month we incorporate a large number of people into our organisation, both experienced professionals and young people starting out on their careers with us, and we destine a large part of our resources to training this group to help them to integrate within our company.

I am a Technical College Student of Commerce in Spain and would like to know if there is any possibility of an internship next year in one of your stores.

In Spain, Inditex has a training programme at its working centres for Technical College (FP) students, with more than 700 taking part each year. Our human resources department directly contacts colleges and education centres to present the company and meet the students. We recommend that you find out more about this programme at your college.

The recruitment processes

How do I know if you are interested in my CV?

If you are chosen to take part in our processes we will get in touch with you directly by telephone to complete the information we have on you, or to set the date for the interview. We will only contact you in the event of there being an offer that may interest you, and if your profile fits the requirements of the position.

What is a recruitment process like at Inditex?

Each recruitment process has a different dynamic according to the position we are looking to fill, the time period available and the number of candidates.

For the store team: both the store manager and the local heads of human resources carry our recruitment processes. Mainly they consider CV's received in the stores in the city and the candidates who are in the InditexJobs database. Candidates are normally contacted by telephone to check their interest and availability. Individual or group interviews are then arranged. Candidates who are selected are contacted to inform them of the working conditions (timetable, salary, training plan, etc.), and the professional project.

What are the recruitment criteria for working with Inditex?

In each of the job offers published at InditexJobs you may see all of the requirements established for recruitment. In general terms, the abilities that form part of the culture and philosophy of our group are: customer attention, drive, and initiative.

Is there a training programme when you join Inditex?

We offer a training programme for people joining us to work for our company. The training programmes are individual or in groups, depending on the position in question.

Is there any possibility of promotion or changing departments once you are in Inditex? If I work in a store, is there any chance of working at head Office?

In our company, when a vacancy arises, we first attempt to fill it internally with colleagues from the store due to their knowledge of our customers and the business. If there are no internal candidates we use other sources: InditexJobs, the press, the internet, etc.
