Inditex puts the implantation of its businesses in new countries into the hands of local experts. We normally open an office or branch office with a team responsible for managing the stores in the country in question, offering services and supervising the opening of new stores. At times, in the case of very specific markets, Inditex puts the running of its stores into the hands of a franchise.

The structure of our international teams depends on the number of stores and the expansion plans in each specific market. The team, led by a National Director, comprises a team of professionals carrying out different tasks, such as administration, sales and human resources.
