Functions
The main purpose of the role is to act as HR business partner, supporting Regional Manager and stores on all HR issues.
• Working with the regional manager to drive the business.
• Creating HR solutions to the needs of the business.
• Responsible for analysing sales, hours and rotas and applying to the reality in the stores.
• Recruitment of managers.
• Recruitment of Sales Assistants for new stores and occasional recruitment of Sales Assistants for existing stores.
• Training and development of management and staff.
• Coaching and guiding managers to achieve business goals.
• Driving standards of customer service in stores.
• Handling employee relations issues including disciplinaries, appeals and grievances.
Requirements
- University education - CIPD
- At least 2 years' experience in similar position
- Very good knowledge of spoken English
- Available to travel
- Availability to work on a full time basis
- - CIPD qualified
- - Relevant HR Experience in Fashion Retail within a similar position
- - Strong knowledge of Irish and UK employment law.
- - Good understanding of customer service.
- - Willingness to travel (the role will involve travel to stores in the UK and Ireland)
- - Enthusiastic, motivated and able to motivate others.
- - Good communication skills.
- - Excellent organisation and time management skills.
