System Administrator (INNE10237)

Functions
Main responsibilities and specific duties:
· Maintain system and network infrastructure
· Manage and follow-up IT backups (server image, database, file server, etc.)
· Service level support (i.e. 1st to 3rd level) to users (local and remote)
· Maintain and manage contacts and service levels from IT providers of hardware, software and communications
· Maintain frequent contacts with HQ IT department and stay up-to-date with latest technology promoted by HQ
· Comply with local and Group procedures and policies
· Any other tasks and duties as required and requested by management
Requirements
- Non-university education
- Availability to work on a full time basis
- · CFC d’informaticien (or equivalent)
- · Experience in system administration in Windows environment
- · Minimum 1 year of validated experience
- · Knowledge of virtualisation, SQL server, VoIP, is a plus
- · Network administration knowledge
- · Previous experience in a multinational group, is a plus
- · Willing to travel from time to time
- · Fluent in Spanish, English and French
- · Client and service oriented
- · Ability to work independently and in cross-functional team
- · Proactive, showing initiatives and excellent communication skills
- · Flexible, motivated and stress resistant
