As our stores are a stage for fashion, we need people like you, able to organise the space and fit products in the best way possible to transmit our message to customers. Because in our stores the product is the star, and we put it in your hands so you can bring it to life. Help us so that our customers come into contact with the very latest items, and that they find what they are looking for. With your help their satisfaction will be guaranteed.
If you have a working knowledge of styling and coordination, you are creative and like taking part in store activities, you may work with us as a coordinator. We need your intuition to know what customers are looking for, combined with your commercial outlook. We will train you in the store so that you learn.
Functions
Liaise with the Regional Manager and General Manager to carry out regular and appropriate floor moves. To lead by example in ensuring standards on the shop floor are maintained in line with company guidelines. Increase sales by continuously displaying the product in a way that is in line with the latest trends of the season and with the store. Ensure a high level of customer service is provided at all times in line with the 6 minimums. Complete other tasks as necessary to support the overall store.
Requirements
- At least 1 year's experience in similar position
- Very good knowledge of spoken English
- Availability to work on a full time basis
- Previous merchandising experience in fashion retail will be essential. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion and customer service, excellent communication skills and thrive on the challenge of working in a fast paced environment.
