Payroll Administration (ZANE6960)
For Zara in Stockholm (Sweden)
Functions
Based in our Stockholm office and a member of our Administration Team, you will be developing tasks as a Payroll Administration in the HR field of Inditex (Zara) activities in Sweden, Denmark and Norway, in particular:
-Entries and leaves of employees
-Monthly attendance record of the employees, holidays and sickness administration.
-Coordination with store managers and the provider of payroll services.
-Communication with employees regarding discrepancies in the fore mentioned issues.
-Maintenance of employee database.
-Issue of monthly reports for management.
-Coordination with payroll company the payroll agenda on ongoing basis.
-Update and inform latest information about Laboral Law for each country
Requirements
- University education
- At least 2 years' experience in similar position
- Essential to be resident in Stockholm, Sweden
- Very good knowledge of spoken English andSwedish
- Availability to work on a full time basis
- Requirements:
- You have 2-3 years professional experience in Administration tasks, preferably in a similar field.
- You are Fluent in Swedish and English. Spanish valued.
- Personal requirements:
- You are an accurate and well organised person, with a good knowledge of MsOffice programs.
- Strong communication skills is one of your major assets.
- You are flexible, with a high level of willingness to learn.
